Pricing & Lottery

The Koa Ridge project is expected to have various types of homes with an expansive price range, starting in the low $400,000 for Malina, high $600k range for Walea, and $900k range for Waioha.

 

The development has already sold out of their recently released lotteries for Nanea, Luana and Malina communities, allowing the first sets of homeowners to move in starting at the end of December 2020.  Walea and Waioha will continue to be available via lottery until completely sold out.

ROYAL KUNIA II

211-acres of Royal Kunia has been acquired in order to construct a new community within Central Oahu.  "Royal Kunia II", has been a long-awaited project, with plans to include over 1,850 new homes.  The developer Haseko, is well known for their residential, commercial and resort properties since the early 1970s.  Haseko has also recently completed their prestigious Hoakalei community, located in Ewa Beach.  Plans include the development of multi-family and single-family residences, new parks and the addition of a new recreation building and swimming pool at the Royal Kunia Community Center.  The developer is also planning to improve other off-site infrastructures,  to include the widening Kunia Road. 

Construction is anticipated to begin in 2022.
